Services for the users

The Mesocentre at Aix-Marseille Université is responsible for the operation, administration, and improvement of the computing resources available to users. Additionally, it offers the following services:

Computing

Projects are granted access to HPC resources through an allocation for the development and application of software (within the limits of the allocated time and disk space). This service also provides access to installed software (compilers, libraries, debuggers, common scientific software, etc.) needed for the correct execution of codes.

User workspace

Each user has a customized workspace (disk quota, CPU time allocation per project, access to resources).

Visualization

A dedicated server is available for the remote visualization of data generated in the Mesocentre.

Helpdesk

Training and assistance are provided to help users in their daily use of the resources, including information on home space, job and allocation monitoring, documentation, etc.
